On July 31, 2025, Lawyers Yao Huiyun and Wang Chu, partners of Hongqiao Zhenghan, were invited to deliver a one-day practical legal training on litigation and dispute response for dedicated legal affairs personnel and business-related principals of Panasonic CNA and regional enterprises. As a key component of the 2025 Regional Litigation and Dispute Response Legal Affairs Seminar, the training aimed to effectively enhance the professional capabilities of relevant personnel in handling legal affairs.
Lawyer Wang Chu delivered an in-depth analysis focusing on “Formulation of Complex Commercial Strategies”. He pointed out that the formulation of strategies for complex commercial cases requires both a solid legal foundation and a macro commercial perspective, as well as an accurate grasp of the core objectives of the case. In his sharing, drawing on practical experience, he elaborated on how to use scientific methods to build a strategic framework, as well as the specific paths and key points of strategy formulation from substantive rights and obligations to litigation procedural norms, providing clear ideas for the participants.
Lawyer Yao Huiyun gave a special presentation on the theme of “Pre-trial Preparation and Courtroom Skills”. She emphasized that the core of a court trial lies in persuasion and that one must master its underlying logic. Starting from courtroom thinking and legal logic, and in combination with litigation procedures, Lawyer Yao systematically sorted out the core persuasion skills, key points and response strategies throughout the entire trial process, focusing on explaining how to transform complex case facts into persuasive legal narratives through evidence chains, as well as the issues and response methods to be noted in courtroom offense and defense.
The training content was closely integrated with the actual needs of legal affairs work. Through a combination of theoretical explanation, case sharing and practical operation, practical professional knowledge and rich practical experience were shared. The participants fully recognized the professional level of the training and its practical application value close to real work.
