He then introduced two core methods of AI interaction: “email-style communication” and “WeChat-style communication”. The former realizes structured information retrieval through long Markdown prompts, improving instruction accuracy with syntax such as heading levels and list indentation; the latter adopts a progressive dialogue of “putting forward requirements – supplementing information – confirming conclusions”, which is suitable for preliminary legal issue analysis. On site, taking practical issues such as disputes over equity repurchase periods and the validity of state-owned asset transaction contracts as examples, he demonstrated how to use AI to assist in sorting out facts, summarizing disputed issues and drafting legal documents.
