Attorney Jiang has 24 years of legal practice experience and has long provided professional legal services to multiple central enterprises and key state-owned enterprises under the Shanghai municipal government. His work aligns closely with national strategies and state-owned assets regulatory requirements, and he excels at handling complex legal matters related to the reform, operation, and risk management of large state-owned enterprises. He is well-versed in the entire process of real estate project acquisition, development, construction, leasing, sales, and property management, and is highly experienced in handling various real estate-related investment, financing, and merger and acquisition projects.

As the risk management director of the firm and a member of the Professional Ethics and Practice Discipline Committee, he has a deep understanding of the laws and regulations governing professional ethics and practice discipline essential for law firms, the legal profession, full-time lawyers, and administrators. With a strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness, he is capable of independently addressing complex compliance issues, ensuring the standardized operation of the firm, legal practice, and the fulfillment of administrative duties.

He currently serves as an External Master’s Supervisor at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and is a member of the Professional Ethics and Practice Discipline Committee of the Shanghai Association of Bankruptcy Administrators.
