Attorney Xu possesses rich experience in financial regulation, innovative finance, foreign exchange management policies, non-performing asset resolution, and major risk control. Leveraging his substantial financial background and business experience, he also frequently provides legal services for major risk control, debt recovery, litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution matters, including supply chain debt resolution, debt restructuring, bankruptcy reorganization, and debt-to-equity conversion transactions for enterprises.
