He possesses mature strategies and strong control capabilities in designing transaction structures, conducting due diligence, negotiation, and government coordination for complex deals. He has long provided various legal services to Chinese and foreign banks, trusts, insurance companies and their asset management subsidiaries, private equity funds, and other financial institutions, as well as large state-owned enterprises. He currently serves as an arbitrator at the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, an adjunct professor at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, and a practical supervisor for master’s students at the Law School of Fudan University.
