Attorney Zhu’s primary practice focuses on civil and commercial matters, particularly in the resolution of major commercial disputes in the areas of contracts, finance, corporate law, and bankruptcy. Attorney Zhu has handled a significant number of litigation cases, including those at the Supreme People’s Court and various intermediate and higher-level courts, with a total claim amount exceeding tens of billions of RMB. He has provided litigation, arbitration, and enforcement services to numerous well-known domestic and international enterprises in disputes involving commercial contracts, torts, intellectual property, and bankruptcy-related litigation.<\/p>\n
Currently, Attorney Zhu serves as a member of the Bankruptcy Derivative Litigation Business Research Committee and the Party Building and Social Responsibility Committee of the Shanghai Association of Bankruptcy Administrators.
