Attorney Wu’s practice focuses on major commercial dispute resolution. He has participated in handling a series of complex commercial dispute cases with claim amounts ranging from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of RMB, and has repeatedly helped clients turn defeats into victories during the second instance and retrial stages. The types of cases he handles include corporate commercial disputes, financial securities, and construction projects, among others. Attorney Wu has also been invited multiple times to teach practical courses at the law schools of Fudan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and has delivered legal practice lectures for several well-known state-owned enterprises.
