He has handled a series of influential and complex litigation and arbitration cases, including multiple instances of reversing unfavorable outcomes in second-instance or retrial proceedings, and cases that were remanded, revised, or accepted for retrial by the Supreme People’s Court. The cumulative claim amount of cases he has handled amounts to hundreds of billions of RMB. Attorney Min’s clients include numerous financial institutions, listed companies, and well-known state-owned enterprises. He also conducts long-term teaching on litigation practice at law schools of institutions such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Fudan University.
