Attorney Ni’s practice focuses on major commercial litigation and arbitration. As a seasoned arbitrator, she possesses extensive experience in adjudicating commercial disputes and is thoroughly familiar with the entire case-handling processes of courts at all levels and arbitration institutions. For over 20 years, she has specialized in resolving complex and difficult commercial disputes, consistently receiving various awards from internationally renowned legal rating agencies and domestic industry regulatory bodies.
She currently serves as an arbitrator at the Shanghai Arbitration Commission and the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, a member of the Law Firm Regulation and Development Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association, and a specially appointed professor at the Lawyer’s College of East China University of Political Science and Law.
