Handled a successful lawsuit for a financial institution against a listed company and its subsidiaries concerning illegal guarantees amounting to approximately 300 million RMB. This case was the first Supreme Court retrial ruling of its kind after the Civil Code came into effect.

Represented a financial institution in a deficiency payment guarantee dispute involving approximately 220 million RMB with Wuzhou International-related companies. This case stands as a classic example of successfully defending the validity of existing deficiency payment guarantee commitments for financial institutions.

Represented a fund in an equity transfer dispute with a private enterprise involving approximately 200 million RMB, achieving a settlement and withdrawal of the lawsuit through effective asset preservation measures.

Represented a large state-owned enterprise and its shareholders in a lawsuit concerning damages to company interests, with a claim amount of approximately 130 million RMB, and achieved a favorable judgment.

Represented a private enterprise in an entrusted contract dispute with a company, innovatively proposing a rent calculation method based on tax reverse-calculation, which was supported by the court. The case involved an amount of approximately 100 million RMB.

Represented a listed trust company in a financial loan contract dispute with a private enterprise involving approximately 50 million RMB. Successfully facilitated a settlement through effective asset preservation measures.

Represented a large state-owned enterprise in a lease contract dispute with a private company involving approximately 30 million RMB, securing substantial support for the client's claim of tens of millions in penalty payments.

Represented a well-known IP company in 40 unfair competition and copyright infringement disputes against an interactive technology company. Successfully resolved novel forms of infringement and reached a settlement through effective negotiations, with the total amount involved approximately 30 million RMB.

Successfully overcame the platform's safe harbor defense and innovatively established a compensation framework for both unfair competition and copyright infringement, with the total amount involved approximately 10 million RMB.
