In the context of existing overseas proceedings for the overseas equity dispute, HongQiao ZhengHan persuaded Chinese courts to accept jurisdiction over the equity dispute of an overseas company, and made a breakthrough application for injunctive relief (injunctions) targeting the control of a series of domestic and foreign companies, which was recognized by the courts, safeguarding the client’s rights and interests.
